...I can't tell you a damn thing about the anchovies on the shelves in Toronto, Phoebe, but I snag the Cento brand anchovies, and the Season brand anchovies (which I find in the kosher section). 100% pure olive oil packed. They're both listed on Amazon.
I poked around - I used a Toronto VPN connection and used Amazon.ca and there's a spectre haunting Canada - ridiculous anchovy prices. And the scammy delivery fees! (is the CAD in that bad of a shape?) Whatever. Unfortunately the best I could do was the sea castle:
