Sandals are horrifyingly difficult and I have been wearing the same pair for at least 5 years. (Tevas or Keen, not sure which) I sympathize with your quest. I like what you got, maybe I should look for something like that.... I am too lazy to go sandal shopping if it's not an emergency though.
Apparently the fancy model Smiths visited the fancy farmer Neelemans. I bring this up because Nara Smith wore a very Phoebe dress, or at least I think so, so now we need your analysis.
I started reading this and was going to say “Have you tried Saltwater sandals?” And then got further down and there they were! They are great sandals and are very comfortable and wear really well - I have a silver pair (the first style) and they’re still going strong 10 plus years on. I’m in the UK though so they don’t get as much wear as some countries!
I followed your decision-making process with bated breath! (Both are lovely but I see why you chose the original pair.) Did you consider the intermediate step of "write a strident email of complaint in hopes of a 25% off coupon code and express shipping" or is that Not Done by good Canadians? Also, are you not a little worried about ending up on WikiFeet?!
Soooo... there could have been an entire post about me at my least chill, in which I emailed the company SEVERAL times, going back and forth about the whole thing. First to say these are the wrong sandals, then to sort of panic that wait actually I like these more, then what if maybe not, etc. They yeah probably should have offered (or could still offer! this was yesterday) something given that they didn't actually send the thing I ordered, but I wouldn't know what to suggest, I'm not ordering more of these.
I'd think a foot fetishist would have to be pretty hard-up if this was of interest, but also have been Woman Online long enough to know that even just female-coded social media account is enough to get obsessives obsessing.
I find all of this deeply relatable
Also, I’m a big fan of Tevas for a summer walking sandal.

If it's the blue dress in the Ballerina Farm visit photos it... looks nice on the model but is something I'd be unlikely to wear.
